What's Different about MAI
Why choose MAI

Who is Medical Administrators Inc.?

Comparatively speaking, Medical Administrators, Inc. is not a large organization, yet it is large enough to reflect and maintain our belief in personalized service.  Medical Administrators, Inc. was created in 1997 specifically, to provide workers' compensation managed care services under the BWC's Health Partnership Program.  Our team of experienced nurses, billers, and professional administrators are focused on getting injured employees back to work quickly, safely, and cost effectively.  Attention to details and frequent communication from our dedicated team of professionals assures effective management of Workers' Compensation claims for over 15,000 employers throughout the state of Ohio, who have chosen us as their Managed Care Organization.  Great care is taken to ensure that all claims are properly documented and that files are complete and up-to-date.

MAI has been rated one of Ohio's top ranked MCO's for Return-To-Work and Employer Satisfaction and also has successfully passed all parts of the BWC audit.  In addition, MAI has been a URAC accredited Managed Care Organization since 2001.

MAI also utilizes a well-established medical network, which includes most of the doctors and hospitals throughout Ohio.  Our highly regarded case management and vocational rehabilitation services have proven records in effective disability management.

An employer's MCO reflects the importance of each employee to the overall success of the company.  By choosing MAI as your MCO, you acknowledge your employees as individual assets, letting them know that their health is relevant to the health of the company.
