Transitional Work Program.
A transitional work program uses real job duties for a specific
time period to gradually return the injured worker back to their
original job. A transitional work program will:
 reduce
compensation payments and lower
 claim
reserve
lower
health care costs
improve
your safety programs
offer
a smoother transition back to regular duty
for
an injured worker
reduce
the injured worker's fear of reinjury
