What to do when your
employee is injured.
Early reporting is essential to reducing workers’ compensation
costs. An injured worker needs early effective treatment before
the injury becomes more serious or before more damage is done.
Be sure to report injuries to Medical
Administrators, Inc. as soon as you are
aware that the injury has occurred.
When an employee is injured:
 An
injury report should be completed
A medical provider should be selected.
An injured worker may seek medical
care from any BWC certified physician.
The injured worker should have their Medical
Administrators, Inc. MCO identification card
to present to their medical provider.
